Become an Authors' Curtilage Book Tour Host

We recognize that a book blogger's passion is empowering the success of books and their authors through different promotional channels. And that’s why we will appreciate it if you will volunteer your time to take part in our tours and to assist us in coordinating great tours for our clients. A smooth tour depends on good organization and cooperation from reliable tour hosts. We believe you are the dependable team we are searching for. We are currently looking for bloggers who want to host book tours. Primarily we are looking for tour hosts from US, Canada, Nigeria, UK and any international book bloggers for authors who don't mind sending review copies overseas and want to expand their audiences. 

Authors' Curtilage offers a variety of genres both in print, ebook and audiobook formats to its tour hosts. Please note that we include a content rating for each book, (for language, sex scenes, violence and mature subjects) to help you decide which books to accept for blog tours.

What we look for in tour hosts

• First and foremost, we look for reliable tour hosts.
• Your blog must be at least 6 months old.
• As a tour host, you agree to receive email requests to participate in book tours where you can opt-in or simply ignore if not interested. In exchange for a free book or ARC (advance review copy) you will agree to post a review (or book spotlight, interview, guest post) expressing your honest opinion about the book.
• Your review will be posted on the date you are scheduled to participate for the tour you choose to host. We provide a press release with the entire book's information, including the author's bio and photo.
• If you cannot post on the date scheduled, you will inform the tour coordinator to reschedule.
• Ideally, your review should be at least 150 words.
• We love tour hosts who also cross-post their reviews on Amazon, Goodreads, and other sites.
• We prefer family friendly sites, however, if your blog contains material unsuitable for viewers under 18, please indicate this on your blog.
• We reserve the right to remove you from our tour host list if you do not reply to our reminder emails if you do not post your reviews without good reason or write reviews with derogatory or rude comments.

Benefits of being a tour host
Besides getting free books delivered right to your mailbox, your blog will gain added exposure and traffic when we promote and back-link to you. Authors and publishers will also be promoting the tour on their websites and blogs. You will have the opportunity to meet authors and get to know them better through interviews and guest posts. Best of all, you'll discover books and genres you may not have read in the past. And we do love to reward our hard-working tour hosts with incentives.

Authors’ Curtilage Incentive Program
At Authors’ Curtilage, we appreciate the time and efforts our tour hosts expend to help us promote our authors. We've come up with an incentive program that rewards you for these efforts.  We give our tour hosts credits for their published posts. For every 20 credits - can be gained by posting reviews, book spotlights, guest posts or interviews) you will get a $10 cash through Paypal. Posting your review on Goodreads will count as one credit, and posting on Amazon and Audible will count as two credits each, therefore, accelerating your number of credits.
